What are the Hingvastak Churna or Powder Ingredients?
Hing or Asafoetida, Trikatu (Ayurvedic Formula for destroying parasites – ginger, pippali & black pepper), ajwain, cumin seeds, black cumin seeds and fenugreek.
No wheat or yeast added to this product.
How is Hingvastak Churna or Powder used?
1. Take 1/4 of a teaspoon and mix with 1 cup of warm water. Take this 2030 minutes before or after food/
2. Dilute yogurt in water and add hingvastak. Take before food.
3. Use 1/4 teaspoon in ghee before cooking any lentils or grains. Add this to lentil or grain to reduce gas and bloating.
