About Michele:
Michele’s experience in the fitness industry spans 20 years. She completed her Fitness and Lifestyle Management Diploma and is a CPTN-certified personal trainer. Michele has partnered with experts in nutrition to be able to further help her clients reach their weight management goals through proper nutrition with minimal supplementation. Michele believes we can’t live a healthy life without addressing the food that we put in our bodies.
Michele is an athlete who has competed as an amateur in junior tennis then moved into squash at the age of 19 and is currently competing and winning in doubles squash at provincial and national levels. One of her favourite quotes is “If you have a body you are an athlete” – Bill Bowerman (co-founder of Nike) and trains her clients with that philosophy in mind.
