In Ayurveda, herbal aphrodisiacs have the benefits of helping the body, and mind to relax and also greatly help in arousing your senses. Herbal aphrodisiac goes way back in centuries and it has made its way into many cultures across the world all because of their potent abilities.

It is true that every one of us responds differently but it’s through trying out things that we find what we prefer.

– Female Herbs

  1. Shatavari

This spice is highly beneficial for reproductive system health for women. It helps in supporting immunity but also greatly promotes the production of breast milk.

  1. Cacao

Cacao contains aphrodisiac qualities. It is bitter in taste but very beneficial. It is said that Cacao decreases the chances of cardiovascular disease.

– Male Herbs

  1. Ashwagadha

Ashwagandha is a herb best for males that is said to offer numerous health benefits which include treating stress and anxiety, improving mood, inflammation, blood sugar, and much more.

  1. Shilajit

Shilajit is usually found in the rocks of the Himalayas and is commonly used in ayurvedic medicine. It leaves a positive effect on your overall health and wellness.

  1. Gokshura

Diseases like urinary tract disorders, kidney diseases, and erectile dysfunction are treated by Gokshura. It helps in treating UTIs as well.

  1. Safed Museli

Safed Museli is a very rare herb and is usually used for obesity, erectile dysfunction (ED), and also for athletic performance.

  1. Pine Pollen

Pine Pollen is believed to have anti-aging properties that have been long used in traditional medicine and also used to treat many health conditions. Pine Pollen also boosts testosterone.

Spices for both Genders
