How To Book Consultations:
1. Choose the “service” you want to book me for, pick the session time and click the buy now button to pay for it.
2. Book an appointment ( time, date and day) for your consultation.
3. You will receive an email confirming your appointment.
4. You will complete an intake form and a waiver sent to you.
5. Once consult is over you will receive everything via email. You will have access to me for a week via email too.
6. Complete your protocol diligently in order to see results. If you require weekly/biweekly/monthly coaching calls with me, we can set that up during the first session.
7. You can book a follow up appointment any time.
