That is right! There are 50 Plus Known Benefits of Turmeric. Maybe more! My favourite super spice in cooking and taking as medicine – Turmeric. When I was younger we never had a first aid box because turmeric was used for fall, bruise, pain, inflammation, digestive problems and cuts. Today I do the same however I do pay attention to the source of the Turmeric. It has to be organic.
